Journal Referee


 1992 I refereed a paper for the College Mathematics Journal.  My assessment to not publish the paper was consistent with the other referee.  The editor in a letter to the person submitting the article said that the publication rate was less than 10%.

 1993 First used computer technology in the calculus classroom in an honors section of a calculus course
 1996 Taught a graduate course over distance;  six local students and eighteen students at Midwestern State University using the Texas Teleconference Video Network (TTVN)
 2002 Taught a senior level problems course, Elementary Number Theory, on-line using a web based blackboard and chat session
 2006 Started using SMART technology in the classroom and posting lecture notes on the internet.
