Overview

Dr. Strickland heads courses in Pathophysiology and Foundational Skills at Tarleton State University. His experience over a vast array of populations and settings in the practice of physical therapy has provided him a unique insight into how to instruct future physical therapy students. Dr. Strickland spent 13 years performing clinical work prior to going into academia. His current research focus is on posture, rural health, and promoting autonomy in the physical therapy profession.
