Dr. Alexander is a founding faculty member in the Physician Assistant and Physical Therapy Programs at Tarleton State University. He is a licensed physical therapist with broad clinical experience across a variety of settings, including neuro-focused inpatient rehabilitation, early childhood intervention, the neonatal intensive care unit, and outpatient pediatrics. His clinical background is complemented by a strong passion for the development of clinically applied anatomy curricula for graduate health professional programs. Dr. Alexander brings extensive teaching experience across multiple health professions programs, integrating clinical relevance, anatomical rigor, and educational innovation into his instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
