I serve as Professor and Associate Dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at Tarleton State University. Additionally, I teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Animal Science and Ruminant Nutrition and hold a research appointment at Texas A&M AgriLife Research in Stephenville, TX.
My research interests include nutrient management from a nutritional, as well as an environmental standpoint. I am also interested in using novel plant secondary compounds to alter nutrient availability and metabolism in ruminant animals.
