Introduction to AI<\/strong><\/summary>\n

This course provides an engaging\u00a0introduction\u00a0to\u00a0artificial intelligence (AI) for students from all disciplines. The course focuses on how\u00a0AI\u00a0models learn, make decisions, and interact with their environment, using intuitive examples drawn from everyday technology, neuroscience, medicine, and data science. Emphasis is placed on understanding ideas and basic technical concepts, allowing students\u00a0to\u00a0participate fully. Through lectures, discussions, tutorials, and hands-on activities, students will learn basic programming skills\u00a0to\u00a0build simple\u00a0AI\u00a0models, explore how principles of human learning and brain function have influenced modern\u00a0AI, understand the depth of what current\u00a0AI\u00a0systems can do well, where they fail, and actualize why these distinctions matter<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
